Slowly Working My Way Back

Thanks to all those who have been patient. Every night I get a little more sleep. At this point I am nine days away from the first infusion, at which point sleep will become easier and medication trial will have officially begun. Last night I thought for sure I was going to have to give the whole thing up if I had another sleepless night and spent at least an hour in my bed sobbing. Fortunately, I did mercifully drift off shortly after that.

I miss not blogging at length every day and I miss not exercising thoroughly as well. I'm going to try for the latter later this morning and see if I have enough strength to do it. Don't worry. Soon I'll be back to my regular self.

Sobbing usually wears you out enough so you can sleep. It's not so bad if you've given yourself up to the crying but it totally sucks if you've got the Racing Thoughts at the same time.

Exercising sounds like a good plan. And what is it that all the people who don't have a clue say? Ah yes - have a cup of tea and count your blessings.
HAHAHA (that's me, cackling like a witch in Macbeth).

Much Love
