I have no idea, but that was interesting...
Here's my interpretation, for what it's worth.
You can take it literally, taking all the words at their face value and seeing the moving pictures as just the appropriate background.
You can see it metaphorically, as though this obviously flawed person is espousing mind games as a bad thing. Or as this obviously flawed person is espousing mind games as a good thing.
The play on words in the whole song is this idea of "mind games", which at face value has a negative connotation, but in the context of the song itself, has a much different meaning overall.
Interesting link. TA is a model used to explain everyday interaction, though. rhetoric, arguments and Logical fallacies is a good place to look for real answers to specific questions.
