Art and Chaos Day

Let's release the pressure valve a tiny bit today and go in a different direction. I'm taking a break today from serious matters and instead including a special double feature. Not only do you get a performance video, but also you get a few pictures of the minute amount of snowfall we received here yesterday morning.

Interesting song, I don't know it. You are an accomplished musician.

And that's not really a lot of snow. I'm freakin' buried in it out here!

What? Comrade Kevin is not a girl with big bangs in a prom dress? And when Freida clicked on the Google video link, she saw oodles more of these charming videos. You have a great voice and I impressed my husband was impressed that I was listening to an obscure Pink Floyd song. Thanks for sharing your talent!

Snow! We'll take what we can get, won't we? Looks like we got in Georgia.

Dr. Zaius,

Thank you kindly! It's by The Verve and called "Space in Time".

Freida,

Comrade Kevin's avatar is an obscure silent movie actress named Olive Thomas. He thinks she's really hot. That is the girl with big bangs and a prom dress. :-)

Thank you for the compliment!

DCup,

You probably got more snow than we did!

Nice version of the Verve track, you sing it well! - Urban Hymns was one of my favourite albums of the 90's

I am new to your blog - some good stuff here, keep it up.

About the Snow - we get lots of it up here in Canada, feel free to borrow some more if you like!

Westcoast Walker,

Thank you!

I enjoy snowfall, but when on the rare occasions where we get much of it at all, it throws the local populace into a a panic. No one knows how to drive, roads are impassible, traffic accidents are frequent, and the whole city grinds to a halt.
