I plead guilty to this one. But then again, I'm 48 and never had kids, so my two cats are kind of my kids. And my roommates. So, there you have it.

3. Manufactured celebrity controversies
I'm with you on this one as well. But I think "the masses" are so bored with their own lives that they live vicariously through the manufactured lives of celebrities. I say, get a book, see a movie, sing a song. Hell, WRITE a song!

To be honest, maybe it's a girl thing. But I'm guilty here. I can't quite explain it!
