I didn't sleep very well last night. It was one of those frustrating nights where you tell yourself "you know, it really would be nice if I could drift off" but instead your mind wants to race and process things when it really would be better off CHILLING THE FUCK OUT and resting.

As for the Parade article, well, I am proud to say that Parade has gone directly into my recycling bin along with all the Sunday adverts for almost a decade. But even for Parade, that was a new low.
